I don't post here about every new part that comes along, but we just got a part in that I'm pretty excited about.

We finally have 65-66 Hood Moldings made in the original Ford Tooling!

We have the screws, but they do not come with this molding. Now, whether there were production changes on the hardware or not, I don't know. I would have to do some research on that.

AMEN!!! I will be ordering one with my next batch of stuff I'll eventually be needing. I lost $30 shipping charges on my last reproduction garbage piece that was promised as a FORD NOS part from another shady vendor (as you may remember). Great to have this desireable part now available.

Since they were never a standalone factory option on any '65, then it would only be a dealer item. They first appeared only on GT cars, which started in production halfway through the '65 model year. So, no, I would not consider a hood molding correct for any 64.5. Go to Top of Page
