As is-where is says it all. If you sign a contract you are agreeing to buy the car, flaws and all. Here is just one of many stories of buyers discovering they have been scamed and how the brokers/sellers/auction houses claim no responsibility.

Wow! :o That was about 7 months ago. I'd be interested to see how this pans out. That would set a precedence, hopefully protecting the buyer and making those ridiculous "it wasn't me" disclaimers go away. These sellers are happy to take their cut for doing next to nothing, after all, a really good car sells itself, well in my eyes anyway :)

Follow up from previous communication regarding this car from contact nearby:

After more than a dozen email requests I recieved not a single response to my questions regarding FUG claims as listed in thier ad. This was not surprising given the direct questions regarding the car. In person the car is driver quality with many repop parts evident. The "show quality paint" must also include the overspray prominent throughout the car as many flaws including incorrectly painted parts are easily visible in person. The "custom" console is the humphugger brand style an differs in person from the supplied photos which also shows two different styles. Chrome is mostly reproduction with interior parts mostly worn and pitted. Incorrect carpet style matches the aftermarket floor mats and loss of crinkle detail along door/windows from paint or very evident heavy coverage of silicone style spray to make them appear shiny. Underneath the car wears a healthy undercoating but I was not able to view on a lift. I did see what appears to be evidence of brake leakage from just a quick view. Given the condition as viewed and the cost to correct as it sits without hearing it run or driving I would value this car at around $24,000-$27,000.

A far cry from the $59K they are asking!

FUG tries a different approach with new ebay ad
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Ford-Mustang-N-A-/332035862231?forcerrptr=true&hash=item4d4ee12ed7:g:k9cAAOSw44BYLfnw&item=332035862231

No K code or GT mentioned in the header and a starting price of $24,995.
Still listed on website for 50K.
Love the video. "Only one of it's kind." "In order to get the HiPo engine it had to be a GT"

This auction was bid to $25,090.00 but did not meet the sellers reserve on November 22, 2016 and therefore did NOT sell.

Ended this time with a high bid of $27,099.01, which did not meet the reserve.

The seller does not quite have all of his K code and GT facts straight in the video.
