Bid to $60K and did not meet the reserve. IMO if it doesn't meet the reserve then what it was bid to is immaterial. Too many guys use shills to bid up close to the reserve and then drop out.

It seems the listing got confused with the number "2" and the letter "Z" on a few part numbers. I notice they don't list the Ford carburetor part number, but the one on the engine is not a 4100; coil is wrong; fuel pump is wrong; distributor is wrong; water outlet is wrong; bypass hose not painted; fender bolts should be phosphate and oil; there are three incorrect hose clamps; shock towers should be black; missing the hose from the LH valve cover oil fitting to the air cleaner; is that an ignition resistor on the LH shock tower? a ty-wrap on the heater hoses? - and there's more.

Unbelievable this kar has nearly doubled in price in a year. At almost $80K I expect every single part of this kar to be 100% original with all the right part numbers.
Currently: 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback, K-code, HiPo, GT-350 Clone, Signal flare Red, black interior
Formerly: 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe, A-code, Wimbledon White, red interior
