1966 Fastback GT K code - gasser/track car

Interesting car here- was turned into a gasser/track car many years ago but is a k-code with its original motor which the owner claims now puts out 450hp.

In case ad disappears sellers name is Frank and his number is 908-821-4183. 20k for the car or he'll sell the hipo motor for 15k.
Car is in NJ.

Atlanta, New York, New Jersey.
Friend of mine bought an at dad’s house in New York Mustang from a moved to Florida owner. His carrier called him all pissy because the car had “all ready been picked up”. Turns out other than pictures, car never existed. That was ebay. Craigslist is more sketchy.
Next question, how fast is this one. I think my friend would be interested but don’t think at that price.
