5R07K125410 4 Speed TopLoader

If you find an engine, tranny, buck tag, build sheet, or any other documentation with a K VIN, post it here so it can hopefully be reunited with its Kar. You can also make an 'In Search Of' post with the VIN you're hoping to find.

I found a 4 speed top loader in a wrecking yard here in Sacramento a year ago. I just got around to looking it over and found the VIN on the underside tab with the 5R07K125410. This 4 speed is in great shape and is a very low milage transmission. I looked it up on the web and noticed that there is a car in the north west with this VIN. If you are looking to bring your car back together, let me know and perhaps we can work something out. Yes it is an HEH T. I'll hold it for awhile and then I am going to let it go. THX Tim

Tim, That is commendable of you to try to put the transmission back with the original Kar. Hopefully the owner is on this forum to see your post. I wonder if it is possible for Hank to send the owner an email?

I also see that the car was for sale in Phoenix a while back. If Hank can get in touch with the correct owner, that would be great. I'm having it rebuilt/gone through and should have it back next weekend. I'll hold on to it for a few months and see if we can get it back in the correct car. Thanks Guys.
