I think it might be registered on the exchange.
Any further info wd be greatly appreciated.

Yep GTK066, it is listed on the exchange. I also checked the Mustang Production Guide Volume 1, but nothing new there. However the guide appeared back in the mid 1990's so no surprise it was not listed.

I did find it in the Fourth Edition of; The 289 High Performance Mustang published back in 2006.

That source revealed 6T07K155639 was decked out with (and you may already know all of this): BODY 65B - Pony Interior, COLOR P - Antique Bronze, TRIM 66 - Blk, DATE 24L - Nov 65, DSO 13 - New York, AXEL 5 - 3.50 Conventional, Trans 6 - C-4.

Forum members are partial to pictures. So post what are the most revealing images and who knows, perhaps we can add something to what is already known. It could happen!

Thanks for the quick and friendly response...appreciate it.

Phill - thanks for letting me know and yes you're right. I saw Andrew at the recent roundup in Moorabbin with his 1970 Boss 302 (I think). I was also able to get in contact with a Duncan Stewart who I believe was the owner pre import? Do you have any other info on the car? Cheers

Charlie - thanks for looking into it, that's good to hear. Pretty sure it's an original, has matching numbers on engine block etc. I'm having a little trouble posting up some pics though, is there a size limit?

Fred - glad to be aboard, thanks.

Ash

Ash,
Welcome to the HP forum. Questions answered free of charge.

Yes. It's 6 by 8 inches (I don't do metric) and I think a 72 dots per inch for the file. I use Photoshop but others use picture programs on the net to get the correct size.
You might want to try www.concoursmustang.com for a more comprehensive approach to restoration. Most of us on this forum are on the concours forum as well.

Thanks for the picture link GTK066. The only thing I noticed and it really is a very minor point, is the stainless trim piece (part of the Pony Interior configuration) is missing from the brake pedal pad.

Otherwise the car appears to be a very strong, well equipped car. A keeper fer sure!

Yes plan on keeping it as original as possible. Have done a few minor cleanups/repairs/resto of various parts.

Thanks for pointing out the trim piece...$12 fixed that. Updated some more pics to the photobucket album.
